Scottsdale Injury Lawyers, LLC Receives Accreditation from Better Business Bureau
Scottsdale Injury Lawyers, LLC is now accredited with the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”). The firm now joins a reputable community of businesses totaling over 19,000 in the Pacific Southwest. BBB accreditation is not granted to all who apply. A business must be in good standing with the State and pass an extensive background check and evaluation.
The primary purpose of the BBB is to make sure consumers are being fairly treated. As such, the businesses that receive BBB accreditation must strive for excellence with respect to their customer/clients. The BBB has eight principles that it demands of its member businesses to ensure that consumers can trust them. Those eight principles for the “Standards for Trust” are as follows:
- Establish trust by maintaining a positive track record
- Advertise with honesty
- Be truthful with clients and customers
- Be open with respect to business dealings
- Keep the promises that are made
- Respond timely to inquiries and issues
- Protect the privacy of customers
- Act with integrity in business dealings
Every client matters and we understand that we are in the customer service business.
The firm recognizes the negative perception that some individuals have with personal injury and civil rights attorneys. The “mass marketing” firms with their cheesy commercials and annoying telephone number jingles do nothing to help the image. There are also plenty of horror stories about individuals who hired attorneys and felt that they got taken advantage of. It is not uncommon for our firm to learn that a client has come to us after feeling his or her attorney was not doing a good job on the case or communicating about what was happening.
Our firm prides itself on doing the hard work and making sure our clients are satisfied. When a client calls, an attorney will make themselves available to answer any questions and to provide case updates. Simply put, we are not a mill. Every client matters, and we understand that we are in the customer service business.
With the BBB, customers and clients will have a sense of security knowing that we are committed to those principles. Clients will have further transparency in learning about our firm. Potential clients will be able to see what our past clients have to say about us. Specifically, potential clients can see that we have a proven track record of client satisfaction without complaints.
