Attorney Charles “Tony” Piccuta Accepted As Member of American Association for Justice

On April 5, 2018, founder of Scottsdale Injury Lawyers, LLC, attorney Tony Piccuta, learned that he was granted membership to the American Association for Justice. The American Association for Justice was formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. It is a powerful advocacy group supporting lawyers that represent plaintiffs throughout the United States.

The group provides resources and programs that help and benefit attorneys who represent victims who are injured by the misconduct or negligence of others. The group opposes tort reform efforts and other big business interests. It regularly contests efforts in Washington D.C. to change laws that seek to protect big corporations and insulate them from liability.

Piccuta is a member of several organizations that support individuals and the rights of victims. In addition to the American Association for Justice, he is a contributing member to the Arizona Association for Justice, National Police Accountability Project and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
