Charles “Tony” Piccuta is a second generation attorney. He is the principal of the firm and lead trial attorney. He is an accomplished attorney both academically and in practice. He is one of few attorneys admitted to practice in four states having passed the bar exams of Arizona, California, Illinois and Nevada—all on the first try.

Chuck Piccuta is of counsel for Scottsdale Injury Lawyers, LLC and has practiced law for over 40 years. He is a former naval officer and JAG attorney and has also worked in private practice as well as the public sector. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has encountered thousands of legal issues in his four decades of practice.

Matt Laydon is of counsel for Scottsdale Injury Lawyers, LLC and is licensed to practice law in California, Indiana, and Michigan. His current practice consists of handling civil rights cases involving law enforcement misconduct, prisoner cases, serious personal injury matters and consumer class actions.
